Traci Traci Traci, Once again you have exceeded our expectations on our elopement day. I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect elopement with the way everything fell in place. My husband Alex and I were supposed to get married 10/9/20. Due to COVID, we had to postpone our wedding to 2021, but that did not stop us from uniting our love. We got married on September 21, 2020. We went to West Fork trail in Sedona, AZ with just our parents to cherish this special moment of Alex and I becoming one. We hiked about 10-15 minutes in and found the perfect spot we wanted to have our ceremony. The weather was unpredictable that day. It did rain right when we were about to start the ceremony, but we just stopped to appreciate Mother Nature blessing us on this day. We trusted Traci with the process of things and we couldn’t be more happier with all the moments she had captured of Alex, myself, and our parents. Traci knows her shots and angles and we are always in AWE especially since our engagement pictures the year before! Traci will be our photographer for our postponed wedding and we are so happy to call her our photographer/friend :) Keep killing it as always. We appreciate you more than you know! Much love always. Traci and Bill helped plan and photograph our outdoor elopement in a way that is authentic to us as a couple. They were responsive when we initially requested help on deciding our elopement location and mapped out a full schedule far in advance to help me plan our day. We felt immediately at ease with Traci and Bill when we met them for the first time on our elopement day. They scouted our multiple locations in advance to make sure we did not encounter any unexpected roadblocks during the day of our elopement. We received our photo gallery extremely quickly following our elopement date and received sneak peek photos same day which was amazing. The turnaround time of our full photo gallery was SO much quicker than industry standard! The true emotion of our day was captured in our photos which was incredibly important to me. The quality of our photos exceeded my expectations and I love that our elopement was so well documented to look back at through the years. I would 100% recommend Adventure and Vow to friends and family based on our seamless experience working with them. They quickly built our trust, made us feel at ease, and captured our elopement, a sacred day, in an authentic and true to us way. We are thrilled with our photos and would work with them again!

Five stars! Ten out of ten would recommend! Working with Traci and Bill of Adventure & Vow was exceptional from start to finish. As an east coast couple with a Northern Arizona destination wedding plan, my now husband and I were initially concerned that connecting with a photographer long distance would be tricky (personality and aesthetic-wise). And we were new to realizing that elopements weren't just the courthouse ceremonies we were used to thinking of them as, but more so, these truly intentional celebrations of love and fun-filled activities in gorgeous locations. Fast-forward to when our search led us to Adventure & Vow's body of work and how they presented themselves online (both on their website and on social media) -- their vibe completely sealed the deal for us even before our first virtual call. So much so that we moved our date up just to have the opportunity to work with them! It was one of the best decisions we've made and resulted in a fabulously stress-free kick-off to married life. They gently guided us through every step of the process with clear and frequent communication, wrapped up with steadfast warmth and genuine excitement to be a part of our best day ever! Right out the gate, Traci was there with helpful tips, resources, advice, and recommendations for literally everything under the sun -- from wedding dress stores and appropriate shoes to local restaurants, favorite hotels, Airbnb's, and other vendors like for flowers, hair, and makeup, to vehicle rentals and everything else in between. Don't have an exact location in mind? (We didn't!! We were just keen on Northern Arizona...) They presented us options based on our loose ideas for 2-3 locations, an outfit change, a water backdrop at some point, to do an activity, and keep the hike at a beginner's skill level. They even went in person to scout ideal photography spots, providing exact location coordinates and everything. Traci worked smoothly with our vendors and kept us all informed and prepared. The day of was absolutely magical. Bill served as our officiant, and he must have been a poet in a past life or something because the ceremony he wrote for us was so beautifully written. There wasn't much posing direction for setting up shots, as you might expect with a traditional wedding photographer (though I'm sure if you want a few exact photos, they'll hand hold you through them). Their approach is to just "do what feels right." Which, personally, we found to be in refreshing contrast to all the (a hem, overly) staged wedding pictures out there. Trust that they'll capture you looking your best (even when you're in your zone, behaving like your absolute silliest with the love of your life, completely forgetting that a photographer is steps away from you at most moments)! Our full day with the power couple that makes up Adventure & Vow, included the highlight video add-on, and our photos and the final video were nothing short of majestic and stunning! Their photo editing style and creativity are chef's kiss! (And pretty quick, too, with social media ready sneak peeks available practically immediately!) Working with Adventure & Vow for our adventure elopement made us feel like we were making smart choices for our pocketbook, the environment, our sanity, and most importantly, our memories!

We don't know where to begin. Our elopement was beautiful beyond measure. We had the best time and felt no stress and were really in the moment thanks to Traci and Bill. My husband and I debated for a long time where our wedding would take place and what our day would look like. We both knew we wanted a memorable experience where the day focused on enjoying time together rather than focusing on materialistic things. We did our research and came across Adventure & Vow which was exactly what we were looking for. You can tell what they do isn't just a job to them it's their passion. Traci was super communicative about the process of eloping at Olympic National Park and is extremely knowledgeable. She is very organized and put together a perfect timeline for our big day. Not only is Traci a genuine person, she is also incredibly talented and knowledgeable at what she does. Traci and Bill helped us haul my dress and backpack during our entire hike and were super sweet about it! They were fun to talk to and really allowed John-Mark and I to soak up every minute of our day. It was one of the best experiences of our lives! I would absolutely do it all over again! And I can't forget to include how amazing our pictures came out !! Even after our elopement, Traci has been super communicative with all of our questions/requests.

Hands down the best power couple out there! The communication was fantastic and done in a timely matter. We had communication with them from the time we booked up until our elopement, whether it be via email or zoom meetings. Last minute we needed Bill to perform our ceremony due to circumstances out of our control. He did a fabulous job! They are both flexible to help make it the best day possible!! Not only were they great the day of but then once we received the final product we were blown away yet again!! If you’re looking for a fun team to help with your elopement day, look no further!!

When we started talking about getting married and what our dream wedding would look like, we both knew that we wanted to choose an experience over a traditional wedding. I stumbled across Adventure and Vow on Instagram and became obsessed with the moments that Traci and Bill capture for their couples. I submitted an inquiry via their website... and from the very first email exchange, Sam and I knew that we were making the right choice. Traci and Bill are both so warm and genuine, there is no doubt that they truly want to get to know you as a couple and help you create an elopement experience that is truly authentic to your relationship. Every time we met with them over Zoom to brainstorm ideas, we were amazed at all of their knowledge and pure passion for their work. From helping us narrow down a location based on the general ideas we had, to suggestions of activities we could fill the day with, to recommending vendors for hair and makeup, flowers, private chefs, restaurants, coffee shops, etc., Traci and Bill have it all covered...Traci frequently checked in with us to make sure we were doing okay and to see if we needed any help with planning. I never imagined that planning an elopement to a place we'd never been from across the country could be so stress free!

The day of our elopement was an absolute DREAM. Traci made sure that we did every single one of the activities on our list, without making us feel rushed at any point in time. They gave us the space and freedom to truly enjoy every moment of our day together (both spontaneous and planned). Traci and Bill are truly a power couple (I swear they can read each other's minds)... they work together seamlessly to capture every candid and intimate moment without anything feeling staged or overdone.

And the final products... our highlight video and gallery were both breathtaking. They captured every moment of our day so perfectly... the artistic vision behind each image and the way Bill wove our personal vows together in our video... we don't have the words to describe how incredible it is. Working with Adventure and Vow was a 10 out of 10, 5 star experience...if you're considering an elopement, you can't go wrong with Traci and Bill!

It is impossible to put into words the appreciation we have for all that Traci and Bill did to create the most perfect elopement day for us. We began the process of wedding planning frustrated, stressed and confused on where to even look as none of the “traditional” route felt very us. It was perfect timing that we stumbled across Adventure and Vow. The beautiful photographs captivated us and we decided to reach out. From the very first inquiry Traci and Bill were so informed, patient, and really helped us flesh out the dream we had for our elopement. They were quick to adjust when we decided we did actually want some close family to join for the ceremony and they made each piece so personal and exciting. Then the big day came, we were nervous to meet Traci and Bill but so quickly it felt like we were just hanging out with lifelong friends. They did a great job of making sure we were comfortable and made us feel so natural despite not having any prior experience in front of a camera, much of the day we forgot there was even a camera there. The locations they scouted out for us were exactly what we were hoping for, they really made it feel like a dream come true. We received our full gallery and all of the images are so stunning it is hard to even pick favorites. We are still talking every day about how beautiful and perfect the entire experience was, if you are thinking of eloping we cannot recommend Traci and Bill more!
